Ascii Art Generator is designed with your privacy as the foundational principle. All of our core generation tools—including the Text Generator, Image Converter, and Live Webcam tool—operate entirely within your web browser (client-side).

We do not upload, transmit, store, or process any of your images, text inputs, or webcam feeds on our remote servers. Every single pixel is analyzed locally on your device.

2. Data Collection

Because our application runs locally, we do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal identifying information (PII) to use the tools. We do not collect or store your name, email address, or phone number.

3. Local Storage & Cookies

We use strictly necessary local storage (such as HTML5 `localStorage`) solely to save your UI preferences. For example, we store your preference for "Light" or "Dark" mode, and your language selection. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts that monitor your browsing behavior across the web.

4. Third-Party Analytics

We may use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics tools (which do not use cookies or collect PII) strictly to understand aggregate web traffic and ensure our application is performing well globally.
